Scope:
Helps churches meet new people by executing the Connect Ministries Podcast plan in order to plan, produce, and market the Connect Ministries Podcast for church leaders.
Creative Team:
The Creative Team cultivates remarkable moments and fosters creativity within Connect Ministries so that we can provide programming that caters to the needs of the local church.
Reports To: Creative Video Specialist
Responsibilities:
Participate in Creative Team Development Opportunities
Participate in leadership development 1 on 1 meetings
Fully participate in the Connect Development Program
Assist in Podcast brainstorming sessions
Lead in filming and editing podcasts
Assist in preparing podcasts guides
Lead in promoting Connect on other podcasts
Lead in producing and marketing podcast clips
Lead in developing systems for creating a sustainable and innovative podcast
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith daily; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Excellent Communication Skills, Management, & Organization
Eager to learn new things
Interested in Creative Brainstorms and Problem-Solving
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Part-Time - (10 hours per week): In-person or Remote
