Scope:
Helps churches meet new people by assisting with Connect Ministries events. This person helps to ensure that events stay relevant by providing fresh/new ideas, assisting with programming projects, and participating in creative brainstorming.
Creative Team:
The Creative Team cultivates remarkable moments and fosters creativity within Connect Ministries so that we can provide programming that caters to the needs of the local church.
Reports To: Creative Specialist
Responsibilities:
Participate in Creative Team Development Opportunities
Participate in leadership development 1 on 1 meetings
Fully participate in the Connect Development Program
Assist in the creative brainstorming
Assist in staff training week decor, socials, theme dinners, content + inventory
Assist with Connect Conference decor, content, + Inventory
Assist in any other events put on by Connect Ministries
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Summer Staff Experience preferred
Excellent Communication Skills, Management, & Organization
Eager to learn new things
Interested in Creative Brainstorms and Problem-Solving
Has experience with event planning + logistics
Has experience in canvas
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Part-Time - (10 hours per week): In-person or Remote
