Position: Marketing Relations Intern - Coaching


Scope: Serve on the Marketing Team by helping organize new data trends and celebrations for the Connect Ministries Team. 


Marketing Team: The Marketing Team exists to help churches meet new people in their communities. We currently execute this through two main marketing functions: Digital Marketing and Church Recruiting. 


Reports To: Marketing Relations Coordinator


Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with Connect Ministries CRM

  • Build relationships with qualified leads in the Connect Coaching sales process

  • Complete calls with church leaders from all across the country to encourage and provide much-needed resources to fill their needs. 

  • Lead with communication through CRM to churches 

  • Assist with marketing team scoreboard

  • Attend one Trade Show for marketing purposes 

  • Participate in Marketing Team Development opportunities from industry professionals


Requirements:

  • Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.

  • Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader

  • Summer Staff Experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, management, & organization

  • Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement

  • Desire to get out of the office & build external relationships

  • Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability

  • Ability to work with database & word processing software

  • Willing to learn and grow  with CRM Platforms
