Scope:
Serve on the Staff Team by assisting the leadership and execution of all Summer Staff Recruiting efforts.
Staff Team:
The Summer Staff Team exists to recruit, hire, train, communicate, develop, and evaluate Summer Staffers in an effort to develop young leaders that are passionate about helping the local church meet new people in various ways.
Reports To: Staff Recruiting Specialist
Responsibilities:
Execute Recruiting trips within a three-hour radius of the Home Office
Traveling to various Staff Recruiting Locations on a weekly basis
Assisting Staff Recruiting Work Team
Building meaningful external relationships with Campus Ministers, College Pastors, and Campus Pastors
Lead Connect Camps Ambassadors
Building and developing Summer Staff application
Managing Customer Relationship Management platforms
Develop deep and personal relationships with hired and potential Summer Staffers
Serve on a Summer Staff Team from May-August
Assist in Staff Development projects on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader
Summer Staff Experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, management, & organization
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Desire to get out of the office & build external relationships
Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability
Ability to work with database & word processing software
Willing to learn and grow with CRM Platforms
Part-Time - Paid - 25 Hours per Week - In-person
