Scope:
Serve on the Staff Team by helping build deep relationships with Summer Staff through training and communication.
Staff Team:
The Summer Staff Team exists to recruit, hire, train, communicate, develop, and evaluate Summer Staffers in an effort to develop young leaders that are passionate about helping the local church meet new people in various ways.
Reports To: Staff Development Apprentice
Responsibilities:
Lead 15-20 Summer Staff Relationships
Lead Staff Development plans on your college campus
Organize Summer Staff Onboarding
Assist Staff Communication Plan
Assist Insider Program
Assist in Planning Staff Events
Assist Leading Connect Camps Ambassadors
Managing Customer Relationship Management platforms
Assist in Staff Recruiting projects on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader
Summer Staff Experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, management, & organization
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Desire to get out of the office & build external relationships
Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability
Ability to work with database & word processing software
Willing to learn and grow with CRM Platforms
Part-Time - Unpaid - 10 Hours per Week - Remote//In-person
