Position: Marketing Summer OA Job Description - Connect Marketing


Purpose: To support Connect Marketing in all church social media management services for partner churches. 


Reports To: Marketing Communications Coordinator


Responsibilities: 

  • Lead graphic design for Connect Marketing Partners

  • Assist communication calendar planning for Connect Marketing Partners

  • Assist content calendar creation for Connect Marketing Partners

  • Assist in Website development for Connect Ministries

  • Assist in Website development for Connect Marketing Partners

  • Assist in graphic design requests for Connect Ministries' Marketing Efforts

  • Assist in prospective partner communication as needed

  • All other assignments given by the supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values and philosophy of Connect Ministries.

  • Be available to fulfill all Marketing travel requirements as described in job box 

  • Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader

  • Business or Sales or Marketing-related degree preferred 

  • Excellent communication skills, management, & organization

  • Desire to get out of the office & build external relationships

  • Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability

  • Ability to work with database & word processing software

  • Ability to work independently as a strong team player (without loss of poise, grace or humor) under stressful situations in a professional manner 

  • Excellent time management skills
