Scope:
Serve on the Marketing Team by assisting the leadership and execution of all Marketing Team strategies.
Marketing Team:
The Marketing Team exists to help churches meet new people in their communities. We currently execute this through two main marketing functions: Digital Marketing and Church Recruiting.
Reports To: Marketing Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Lead Connect Ministries Social Media Strategy
Lead the Creation of Connect Sports Camp Marketing Strategy
Assist in the design process of Social media design process
Assist with minor graphics edits and video as needed
Assist with Connect Marketing client services
Assist social media content and calendars for Connect Ministries
Organize digital communication and social media captions
Attend one Trade Show for marketing purposes
Participate in Marketing Team Development opportunities from industry professionals
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Relationship-minded, Kingdom- driven, & task-oriented servant leader
Summer Staff Experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, management, & organization
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Desire to get out of the office & build external relationships
Demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, & good listening ability
Ability to work with database & word processing software
Willing to learn and grow with CRM Platforms
Part-Time - Paid - 25 Hours per Week - In-person
