Scope:
Helps churches meet new people by assisting in the planning, production, marketing, and innovating of the Connect Ministries Youtube Channel for churches.
Creative Team:
The Creative Team cultivates remarkable moments and fosters creativity within Connect Ministries so that we can provide programming that caters to the needs of the local church.
Reports To: Creative Video Specialist
Responsibilities:
Participate in _______ Team Development Opportunities
Participate in leadership development 1 on 1 meetings
Fully participate in the Connect Development Program
Assist in Youtube brainstorming sessions
Lead in researching innovative opportunities for the channel
Assist in filming and editing youtube resources
Assist in studio setup for youtube production
Lead in finding ways for the youtube channel to grow
Lead in producing and marketing shorts
Lead in developing thumbnails for the channel
Lead in developing systems for creating a sustainable and innovative channel
Requirements:
Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith daily; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
Excellent Communication Skills, Management, & Organization
Eager to learn new things
Interested in Creative Brainstorms and Problem-Solving
Has experience working in videography and editing videos
Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement
Part-Time - (10 hours per week): In-person or Remote
