Position: Creative Podcast Intern

Scope: Helps churches meet new people by executing the Connect Ministries Podcast plan in order to plan, produce, and market the Connect Ministries Podcast for church leaders. 

Creative Team: The Creative Team cultivates remarkable moments and fosters creativity within Connect Ministries so that we can provide programming that caters to the needs of the local church.

Reports To: Creative Video Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Participate in Creative Team Development Opportunities
• Participate in leadership development 1 on 1 meetings
• Fully participate in the Connect Development Program 
• Assist in Podcast brainstorming sessions
• Lead in filming and editing podcasts
• Assist in preparing podcasts guides
• Lead in promoting Connect on other podcasts
• Lead in producing and marketing podcast clips
• Lead in developing systems for creating a sustainable and innovative podcast

Requirements:

• Applicant must be an evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith daily; agrees and supports the vision, values, and philosophy of Connect Ministries.
• Excellent Communication Skills, Management, & Organization
• Eager to learn new things 
• Interested in Creative Brainstorms and Problem-Solving 
• Interest in & compatibility with our mission & vision statement

Part-Time – (10 hours per week):  In-person or Remote
