The Student Development Program is built for college students and recent graduates who feel called to ministry and want real-world experience helping churches grow. You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need a genuine desire to serve the local church and a willingness to learn.

Program length varies by role. Some positions are seasonal, running alongside the Connect Camps summer calendar. Others may extend into longer ministry residencies. Specific timelines are listed with each open position so you know exactly what you're committing to before you apply.

Not necessarily. We look for people with a servant's heart, a teachable spirit, and a genuine burden for the local church. Ministry skills can be developed. Character and calling matter more. If you're passionate about helping churches reach new people, we want to hear from you.

Depending on your role, a typical week might include serving at a Connect Camps location, supporting church outreach strategy, learning alongside ministry coaches, or helping churches prepare to welcome first-time guests. Every week is active and hands-on. You won't be sitting on the sideline.
