Ken Thomas

Ken was born in Tifton, GA. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Education in 1994. He graduated from Southwestern Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in 1996 and completed his Doctorate of Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2004.

Ken's professional experience includes many different areas in the event planning industry with the major portion of experience coming from his years serving with one of the largest Christian camping organizations in the world. Centrifuge camps. He has been involved in Crosspoint and Centri-Kid (Ministries of LifeWay Christian Resources) camps since 1991 in various positions. He has served as a Bible study leader, Camp Pastor, and Camp Director and has served in a full-time capacity since 1997 at LifeWay Christian Resources in the Student Events Department.

Ken now serves as President of Connect Ministries, he teaches seminars at numerous conventions across the country and is a freelance writer for various magazines. He and his wife are members at Rolling Hills Community Church in Franklin, TN. They have three children - Nathan and Anna and a baby boy due in January.


Gabe Norris

Gabe was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC. He has graduated from the University of Georgia and Beeson Divinity School at Samford University. While attending UGA, Gabe met his wife Allyson and married her in January, 2002. He has been blessed with the opportunity to teach, speak and preach to a wide variety of age groups all across the country.

Gabe has led in camp ministry for 9 years as a bible study leader, Camp Pastor, Camp Director and a Camp Coordinator for Crosspoint and Centri-Kid in the LifeWay Christian Resources office and Student Life, Inc. Gabe is now the Co-founder and Vice President of Connect Ministries. Gabe and Allyson now reside in Nashville, TN with their two daughters, Neely and Ansley.


Josh Rhodes

Josh grew up in the small town of Haleyville in Northwest Alabama. He graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Arts/International Relations Degree. In 2003, he married his wife Andrea. They now have two daughters, Sophie Grace and Camden.

Josh's professional experience includes everything from event planning and administration, to church staff experience. He served in positions such as Bible Study Leader, Camp Pastor and Camp Director for Student Life, Inc. and LifeWay's Crosspoint Christian Camps. Josh has also served as the Minister of Recreation at Hunter Street Baptist Church in Hoover, AL. He now serves on the Executive Staff for Connect Ministries, Inc. as the Connect 3on3 Team Leader.


Angela Fielder

Angela is a graduate of Union University, with a degree in Sports Management (emphasis in Sports Ministry). She was born in Brazil where her parents served as missionaries with the International Mission Board. During that time, she committed her life to the Lord and later discovered her passion for influencing others. Her interest in sports soon became an avenue to allow her to impact the lives of children and youth through recreational activities and camping experiences.

Angela serves as the Connect Ministries Specialist, working to organize and execute WinShape Camps C3. Her life verse comes from 1 Timothy 4:12, "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." Her favorite pastimes are watching sporting events and spending time with her family. Angela recently married her husband Brent this past August 2008, they reside in Franklin, TN.


Sarah Moseley

Sarah is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and is proud to still call Tennessee home. She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, with a degree in Communications and Music. As a prominent member of her school's community, Sarah has used her talents all over the world in places as diverse as China and Austria. Now she uses them in Nashville, Tennessee as office leader for Connect Ministries.

Sarah first got involved in camp ministry with Student Life, where she worked in Public Relations and as a camp Product Coordinator. Since moving to Nashville, she has worked with a prominent Christian artist booking agency until she joined the Connect-Ministries staff in 2007. Sarah has a fiancé named Whit who she will joyfully wed on June 20th.
