- It is the responsibility of the Host Church to pay for the shipping of race supplies
- Secure the race permit and fulfill the requirements relating to the Race Permit
- Be responsible for increasing the church?s existing liability insurance coverage for the day of the event
- Not hold Connect Ministries, Connect Race or any of its staff liable for damage to property or bodily injury during the Race Day
- $500 Host Fee
- $15 per Runner
